Meet Cindy Lou

Are you looking for a perfect mix of sweet and spunky?  Then little Cindy Lou Who is the dog for you!  She loves all people - and kids - and loves scampering around the yard playing with other pups or children. Cindy Lou has no fear of big dogs and is great with introductions. She seems to be fairly neutral towards cats (considering that she is smaller than one right now!) She's got a little bit of sass with the cutest head tilt - and the perfect size to make her your travel companion.  Cindy Lou is full of personality and one of her foster family's favorite fosters so far! She is doing great with house training, making a little squeak when she needs to go out.  And she sleeps through the night in her crate!  We don't think she will be very big when she's full grown (approximately 15-20 lbs).
