Meet Mead

Mead is a spunky little girl looking for a fun family that wants to play with her while also helping her learn the manners she is currently lacking. She’s about 7 months old and weighs around 30 lbs.

If you have another dog, even better, because this girl loves to cuddle and play with other dogs. Mead is a jumper and she can be mouthy when excited so older kids might be best for her right now. Both behaviors are 100% trainable.

Mead is crate trained (though it’s not her favorite) and she is housebroken. She’s not bad on a leash for not being on it often, but again, that is also trainable. She loves treats so is motivated to work. Chew toys, squeaky toys, pretty much all toys are her favorite. She rides great in the car.

As energetic as Mead is, she is also very cuddly with her human foster. She will lay across your lap or nuzzle up next to you. She’s a very loving girl. Mead just needs a family that will take her to training and we think she’ll make a great agility dog.
