Meet Moose

We love our Moose boy so much, he’s truly the sweetest loaf you will ever meet! He’s affectionate and oh so loving. If you pet him, he’s in heaven and he’ll stay by your side for all the attention. This guy loves to take naps, either in his crate or with you on the couch. Just be ready for the old man snores. He loves the outdoors and enjoys sunbathing and smelling all the things. Squeaky toys and bully sticks are some of his favorites.

Moose enjoys walks, but they must be limited to short distances for now. He finished heartworm treatment on May 6th and will need limited activity until April 6th. Thankfully his chill demeanor will make it easy to have him recover properly. He also loves car rides, actually likes going to the vet and is great at bath time that includes nail trims. He loves every single human he meets and will bark to get their attention, especially for back scratches. Moose has that great raspy old man sound going on. We love it!

Moose is so gentle with children and he takes treats from people with the utmost delicacy. He would prefer to be your only pet. He’s housebroken and crate trained. This adorable senior has started a diet. His weight is a little more than it should be, but we try not to body shame him. Moose has done well with his calories being cut.

Moose didn’t have a great start to life. He wasn’t well cared for and whoever he lived with before dumped him and his bestie Poppy at an elementary school. This hasn’t stopped either dog from loving unconditionally. Both Moose and Poppy can be adopted together. They will have a combined adoption fee of $250 for anyone that is looking for two amazing Bully kiddos!
